Erofili is a senior statistician and data analyst with a strong background in research and policy support. Throughout her career, she has leveraged her expertise in data analysis to support organizations working on critical social and economic issues. Her experience spans across a wide range of social sciences, including population science, demography, labour market, public health, time use, environment and gender equality.  

Although her expertise lies in data analysis and modelling, she is familiar with all stages of data life-cycle, from survey design and data collection to findings dissemination and visualisation. She has co-authored and contributed to several research articles, technical reports and policy insights. Erofili is passionate about making a positive impact, developing methodologies that transcend disciplines and translating complex data into actionable insights to inform decision making.
